ROTI PITA AYAM SIHAT (Anggaran kalori: 350kcal)
BAHAN-BAHAN
1. 1 Roti pita 'wholemeal'
2. 150g isi ayam (potong memanjang)
3. Serbuk kunyit, serbuk kari, dan garam Himalaya untuk perap isi ayam (secukup rasa)
4. 1/2 biji tomato
5. 3-4 helai Roamine lettuce (boleh guna apa-apa jenis lettuce)
6. 1/2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
CARA-CARA
1. Gaul sebati isi ayam dengan serbuk kunyit,serbuk kari dan garam Himalaya. Perap selama 10 minit.
2. Panaskan kuali 'non-stick' dan minyak zaitun. Setelah panas, bakar isi ayam dengan api yang perlahan sehingga masak.
3. Potong dua roti pita dan panaskan sekejap di atas kuali 'non-stick'.
4. Hiris nipis tomato.
5. Masukkan Romaine Lettuce, tomato dan isi ayam ke dalam roti pita. Siap untuk dimakan.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
